The artist Nikandros Savvides was born in Lefkosia in 1980 and studied acting at the Drama School of Karolos Koun Art Theatre with a scholarship from the Cyprus Theatre Organisation.
He works in the theatre, cinema and television sectors. He also works on photography and writing.
The first photography exhibition of the artist, will take place this September under the title "Where I stand".
The exhibition presents photographs depicting the city of Nicosia and areas around it, in general and in details of personal space.
