Technopolis20 presents the young and talented pianist Marianna Georgiou in the piano recital entitled ‘Visions Fugitives’, at the Markidion Theatre Paphos, on Saturday, 21st of November 2020, at 8:30 pm. Marianna Georgiou performs a unique recital with works characterized by original approaches to rhythm and harmony. The challenging programme features works by Prokofiev, Clara Schumman, Messiaen, Scriabin, Gubaidulina, Ligeti, as well as the world première of ‘Ryax’, a work with near-choreographic musical gestures which play with the inter-temporal idea of flowing water, by the well-known Cypriot composer Christina Athinodorou. The production takes all the necessary precautions and follows the instructions announced by the government, in order to ensure your health and safety.
