In the framework of the “Collectors” series and on the occasion of World Theatre Day, the Bank of Cyprus Cultural Foundation hosts the people of the Cyprus Theatre Museum to a presentation of a large part of the CTM Collection.
The public will have the opportunity to set out on an imaginary journey into the Museum’s Library and exhibition area, with a retrospective of the landmarks of Cypriot theatrical activity from antiquity to 2010.
Evolving around the axes of HISTORY / CONTRIBUTORS / PERFORMANCE, the lecture aims to demonstrate significant aspects of Cyprus’ theatrical path using photographs, maquette sets, sketches and posters, as well as costumes from a plethora of performances and emblematic productions.
