Honouring the 100th anniversary of the death of Cyprus’ national poet Vassilis Michaelides and commemorating the tragic events of the 9th of July 1821, the Theatrical Workshop of the University of Cyprus presents its historical production Romiosyni, which blends together Michaelides’ idiomatic poems into a deeply moving performance.
