A music festival from the people for the people!
Make Music Nicosia is an official member of the global alliance which is active today in more than 1000 cities and 120 countries! Inspired from the French Fete de la Musique, Make Music Nicosia is a day for all musicians – professionals, amateurs, students and music lovers, with no experience, musical preference, national or other limitations – and for all people!
On Friday 21st of June 2019, the first version of Make Music Nicosia, organized by ARTio Music NGO, will fill with music urban and private spaces at the within the walls Nicosia, with lots of musical activities, free and open to all public! Live music of all genres, will be the sound landscape in streets, alleys, squares, parks, gardens, shop facades and elsewhere: everything in collaboration with cultural and civic entities and music institutions, within the longest day of the year and the international Day of Music!
