Designed by Apollon International Connections in collaboration with Chef Marios Hadjiosif, the Cyprus International Food Festival strives to showcase the diverse kitchens in Cyprus – a crossroad of cultures from the Mediterranean, Middle East, Europe and with links to the Far East.
The festival will launch with a 2 day festival on November 12 and 13, 2016 at The Venue, Makedonitissa and will continue for one month all around Cyprus, giving restaurants and wineries an opportunity to offer local and international food lovers especially designed menus available only during the festival.
