A classical concert with piano, violin and flute will be organised at Technopolis 20 in Paphos, on Sunday, 28th of May 2017 at 7pm, with Natalia Lezedova (piano), Galina Dimova (piano), Nina Ioannidou (piano), Andreas Constantinou (violin) and Maria Avraam (flute). The programme will include works by JS Bach, F Kreisler, E Grieg, J Bhrams, P Gaubert, R Glier, S Rachmaninov, A Khachaturian.
All profits will be donated to The Paphos Kidney Association

A few words about the musicians
Maria Avraam (flute and piano). She graduated from “Marios Tokas” Music School and she holds a Bachelor of Music Degree from European University Cyprus. She performed as a flutist with the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra, the Athens State Orchestra and the National Orchestra of Prague among others. Maria is also participated as a flutist and pianist in various music festivals such as the Artos Contemporary Music Festival, the Avaton Contemporary Music Festival, the 7th International Festival of Contemporary Music, the Flevares Project, the Tampere Biennale Festival in Finland etc. She also performed a concert series with the CoMA London contemporary ensemble in the UK and as a pianist of the CYSO Ensemble in collaboration with the Centre of Cypriot composers, giving world and Cyprus Premiers.
Andreas Constantinou (violin). Andreas Constantinou was born in Lemesos. He studied violin at the Tchaikovsky State Conservatory in Moscow. He worked in Lemesos for many years as a violin teacher. He is a founder member of the Cyprus State Orchestra. He was the lead violinist of the orchestra for 15 years. Now Andreas Constantinou is working as a vice manager in secondary schools in Lemesos.
Galina Dimova (piano) was born in Chirpan, Bulgaria. She started piano at the age of seven and was accepted at the Christina Morfova Music Lyceum for gifted children. She graduated from the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts in Plovdiv with distinction in Music Education and Piano Pedagogy (MA). She continued her studies at the State Academy of Music in Sofia, specializing in chamber music and piano accompanying. She has played extensively both as a soloist and as an accompanist, having an unusually wide and inspiring repertoire. In 1994 she formed The Classical Trio, with which she performed in various countries and released three compact discs. Additionally, Galina collaborated with the video artist Yiannos Economou as a composer and performer in two short films. Galina is the principal music teacher at the International School of Paphos, and she teaches piano privately. She is a PhD candidate at the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Art in Plovdiv.
Nina Ioannidou (piano) was born in Russia. She graduated from Musical University of Stavroupoli in Russia and from the Musical Faculty of the University of Greece. In 2003 - 2004 she took part in the competitions in Athens and won first and second prizes. She has taught and accompanied in Greece and for the last eight years has taught in music schools in Paphos and Limassol.
Natalia Lezedova (piano) is a graduate of the Musical Faculty of the State Pedagogical University of Russia, and she also has postgraduate studies in "Musical Art" (2012). She has an advanced training course from the Rimsky-Korsakov Saint-Petersburg State Conservatory (2013). She is a Laureate of five international competitions, among them: two first prizes as a performer - soloist (Saint-Petersburg and Moscow 2012), winner of the Grand-Prix musical festival-competition “Severnaya Venetsia” (2012) and Laureate of the first prize as a concertmaster (Musical Competition Performing Arts Saint-Petersburg 2013).
