The string quartet "PROMETHEAS" with the intense activity in the field of classical music has performed with great success and Pancyprian premieres. Some of the works he has presented are Mozart's concerts for quartet and piano, with the distinguished pianists Elena Muzala, Manolis Neophytou and Nikolas Melis, as well as first performances by Cypriot composers such as A. Argyrou, Alkis Balta and Solon Michaelides. Future performances of the quartet "PROMETHEAS" include concerts in cities in Cyprus as well as abroad in Munich, Cologne, Austria, Athens, Minsk, Serbia and Spain.
*"Steppin' Out Jazz Band" – (Alice Ayvazian, Dimitris Miaris, Kostas Halloumas).
"Steppin' Out Jazz Band" is a professional jazz band that plays swing standards from the 30s, 40s and 50s, written by the most important composers of the time such as George Gershwin, Duke Ellington and Richard Rodgers as sung among others by Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and Sarah Vaughan.
*Eleonora Roussou Quartet - "Beats'n'Pieces" - (Eleonora Roussou, Alexis Kasinos, Andreas Rodosthenous, Rhodes Panagiotou).
Eleonora Roussou's new work focuses on the morphology and reversals of emotions. The band consists of musicians with a variety of musical influences and trainings, although almost all of us have as a common denominator our studies in the Netherlands, in the jazz department, and our love for its involvement with music of the world. My compositions have as a impulse personal experiences, and explore primarily the morphology and reversals of emotions. They carry influences from a large palette of musical genres, dominated by the element of improvisation.
