With great pleasure, the Dancehouse Lefkosia and Dance Gate, announce the 8th NO_ BODY Dance Festival 2016 this November. The festival is held under the auspices of the honorable Mayor of Lefkosia and is in cooperation with Nicosia Municipality and supported by the Cultural Services of the Ministry of Education and Culture.
The NO_ BODY Dance Festival hosts nine artistic groups/ artists:
Choreographer Ioannis Mandafounis from Switzerland
Athanasia Kanellopoulou from Greece
Pascal Caron (guest artist of the Dancehouse Lefkosia)
Melissa Garcia (new choreographer, guest of the Dancehouse Lefkosia in her first presentation)
Akpinar Sevim and her team (Turkish Cypriot choreographer)
Milena Ugren (choreographer from Lemesos) with the musician George Koulas
Elli Constantinou (new choreographer), Natalie Tsingi (dancer) guests of the Dancehouse Lefkosia and Georgia Andreou with her team.
Finally, Maria Kamberi with the En-Fantasia (seminar workshop for pre-primary teachers).
